The Problem:
For dewatering of the open mine Semav Stones used a competitor brand pump which broke down and was sent for service to Distributor. Competitor pump repairment cost was very expensive and spare parts supply time was not acceptable. Because there was no possibility to run the mine without pump working, replacement pump was rented from Distributor during the service checking job.
The Solution:
Distributor in Poland helped with the selection and the customer accepted an offer to purchase a new SOLIDPUMP 100TBZ15 high head dewatering pump, which now works with even better capacity at 45m head level.
Few months later our satisfied customer bought another pump, the same type, for their internal purposes.
